Like the sister who bandages everyone every day, the work is very easy, and the salary should not be low, but every day you have to stay up until the end of work, even if there is no one, you have to tie yourself to that room. If you live your life like this, you always feel that something is missing, not only them, but also ourselves, every day home, company, two points and one line, give all the waking time to the home and the company, when should you think about yourself?

Really, give yourself 10 minutes a day, think about your life, even if the work you are doing now makes you like a walking dead, but you can't quit, can you squeeze a little out of the limited time to yourself, even if it is 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, get along with yourself, do something that makes you happy.
