For the third time this month, nearly one million vehicles were recalled! Tesla "stepped on the pit" again

On February 10, the National Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) said that Tesla will recall 26,681 vehicles in the United States due to software errors that may lead to a decrease in windshield defrost performance.

According to reports, the software error may cause one of the valves in the heat pump to be inadvertently opened, which will trap the refrigerant in the evaporator, and Tesla will solve this problem through a software update, that is, the OTA remote upgrade method to complete the recall.

However, it is worth noting that this is the third time that Tesla has carried out a recall this month, and nearly one million vehicles have been involved.

On Feb. 3, Tesla recalled nearly 54,000 vehicles because of its "rolling parking" feature, which was deemed to have violated traffic laws in most states.

The so-called "rolling stop" function allows cars to drive at a maximum speed of 5.6 miles (9 kilometers) per hour at a speed of up to 5.6 miles (9 kilometers) that are signposted to show that they are asking to stop in all four directions.

In addition, Tesla also released another recall information on the same day, because the buzzer may not start when the vehicle starts and the driver does not fasten the seat belt, Tesla will recall more than 817,100 cars.

So far, after the third recall, Tesla has recalled about 900,000 cars this month.
