Zhangping nationals are not allowed to travel to the border areas of Yunnan Province, Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia) and Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and other countries unless necessary. If there is an emergency situation that really needs to be visited, it is necessary to provide travel necessity certification materials such as travel certificates, tourism agreements, business licenses, real estate certificates (house purchase contracts), lease contracts, valid labor contracts, etc., and report to the village residence (community) and police station of Zhangping household registration at least three days in advance, and after the police station reports the corresponding certification materials to the Office of the Municipal Joint Conference on Combating new types of illegal crimes in the telecommunications network, you can go there, so as not to be forced to return.

At present, Zhangping nationals are in the border areas of Yunnan or stranded in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia) and Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and other countries, and those who are legal and legitimate in business, migrant work, business trips, and tourism should promptly report to the police station of Zhangping Household Registration, promising not to engage in illegal and criminal activities, and provide legitimate and reasonable supporting materials to avoid being forced to return. Those who are intercepted by the Yunnan border public security organs, the state immigration administration department, or other public security organs for failing to report in advance, going to the country privately, or engaging in illegal or criminal activities in the border areas, will be severely punished in accordance with the relevant measures for the handling of high-risk persons stranded in northern Myanmar by Zhangping nationality, and those suspected of violating the law will be severely cracked down on according to law.

No unit, organization or individual may provide hidden places, property, or means of transportation for persons who have sneaked across the borders of the State, or provide them with information or false certificates to shield them, and must not provide other facilities to help them escape. Where it is verified to be true and constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with law.

The broad masses of the people are welcome to actively report illegal cross-border violations, and the public security organs will crack down hard according to law, severely punish those who smuggle across the national border and those who organize, transport, assist, and shelter them, and strictly keep the informant's information confidential.
