February 10, philadelphia reporter Jason Dumas reported that the 76ers refused to include Maxi in Harden's trade discussions with Bency, and the Nets offered the 76ers a counteroffer from Simmons, Curry Jr., Sebel and Chuang Shen.
According to NBA reporter Jordan Schultz, the most realistic trade the Nets can do is to exchange Harden for Simmons, Curry Jr. and Sebel.
The two sides are currently in the negotiation phase and have explored their respective chips.
