1157 people! Henan selection and transfer student registration began on the 13th

This year, Henan Province plans to select a total of 1,157 outstanding fresh university graduates to the grassroots level. Among them, 900 students were selected and transferred from the general category, and 257 students were selected and transferred by the special examination. Eligible candidates can log on to the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Graduate Employment Information Network, and the Henan Personnel Examination Network from 8:00 on February 13 to 18:00 on February 17 to register. The written test will be held on March 19th.

The target of this selection is the 2022 undergraduate, master's and doctoral students of ordinary colleges and universities (except for targeted training, on-the-job training, entrusted training and part-time full-time study). Candidates must be members of the Communist Party of China (including preparatory party members), or have served as student cadres at or above the class (including class) during undergraduate or graduate studies for more than 1 consecutive year, or have received awards at or above the school level (including the school level), or have enlisted in the military during the university period. Candidates from overseas universities must be graduates with a master's degree or above, and they must study in domestic universities at the undergraduate level.

The eligibility requirements are required that as of June 30, 2022, fresh undergraduate students should not be more than 25 years old (born in July 1996 or later), master's students should not be more than 28 years old (born in July 1993 or later), and doctoral students should not be more than 32 years old (born in July 1989 or later); if they have joined the military during college, they shall be appropriately relaxed according to the length of service. As of July 31, 2022, the corresponding graduation certificate and degree certificate are required, and the doctoral graduates are relaxed to December 31, 2022.

The probationary period of newly recruited and transferred students is 1 year, and the probationary salary can be directly determined according to the salary after the expiration of the probationary period. After the probationary period expires, the expiration of the period is promptly assessed in accordance with the cadre management authority, and those who pass the assessment are promptly graded and registered as civil servants; those who are unqualified are initially examined by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the province or municipality, and the recruitment is cancelled after further examination by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee. Personnel who have been cancelled may be returned to the graduate school or recommended for employment by the talent exchange service agency where the household registration is located, and may also choose their own employment.

After the general category of selected students is formally hired, the organization departments of the party committees of each province and municipality shall, in combination with the needs of their work, make overall arrangements for the work of each county (city, district). The minimum service period for general selected students in the hiring unit is 3 years, and the minimum service period in the province and city is 5 years, both of which include working hours in the village.
