To achieve this, it is very crucial to have a large number of specialized enterprises engaged in community services, so that every subdivision of the field, every detail of life, every daily problem can find a professional market entity to undertake, the formation of "stand on top of the sky" large enterprises and "overwhelming" small and medium-sized enterprises to support each other, complement each other's community industrial ecology.
