Yin Xun seriously violated the party's political discipline, the spirit of the eight provisions of the Central Committee, organizational discipline, honest discipline, mass discipline, and work discipline, constituting a violation of official duties and suspected of embezzlement, bribery, abuse of power by personnel of state-owned companies, and dereliction of duty by personnel of state-owned companies. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, after deliberation at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Jinzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and with the approval of the Jinzhou Municipal CPC Committee, it was decided to give Yin Xun the punishment of expulsion from the party; the Municipal Supervision Commission should give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; confiscate his gains from violating discipline and law; and transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law.
