From the perspective of parameter comparison, iQOO 9 Pro is relative to iQOO 8 Pro, and there are changes in SoC, rear camera, storage, and battery. The front of the iQOO 9 Pro, like the iQOO 8 Pro, features a mid-hole cut-out design. The previous generation of iQOO 8 Pro's 2K E5 screen was well received, and the iQOO 9 Pro inherits this configuration. This 6.78-inch 2K (3200 x 1440) screen uses Samsung E5 light-emitting material, which saves 25% of power consumption compared to E4 (E4 is 10% lower than E3), the contrast ratio is as high as 8000000:1, the global maximum brightness reaches 1000nit, the local peak brightness is up to 1500nit, and it supports 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 10bit color depth, hdR display technology.

iQOO 9 Pro Legendary Edition continues the design of the tri-color strip on a white background, and unlike the previous plain leather, this phone combines glossy white glass with the classic carbon fiber texture for the first time, and its glass material back cover adopts a matte AG splicing process, and the glass surface has a micro-film condensation AG process. The iQOO 9 Pro in this trial uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+LPDDR5+UFS3.1 "Performance Iron Triangle" flagship platform.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is this year's flagship mobile platform and Qualcomm's first chip to use ARM's latest Armv9 architecture. Qualcomm said that compared with the Snapdragon 888, the CPU performance is 20% higher, the energy efficiency is 30%, and the seventh-generation artificial intelligence engine is built-in, which is 4 times faster. In terms of GPUs, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is equipped with the new Adreno 730 GPU, which has a 30% faster graphics rendering speed and 25% more energy efficiency than the Snapdragon 888.

Since the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is mainly improved on the GPU, the author ran the 3D Mark Wild Life, and its overall score reached 10022, with an average frame rate of 60, which is significantly higher than the Snapdragon 888 (5900), close to the Apple A15 with 4-core GPU.
4. AndroBench
The author tested UFS3.1 with AndroBench, and the sequential read and write speeds in the test reached 1926MB/s and 1466MB/s, respectively, and their sequential write speeds were significantly higher than those of the Snapdragon 888/888Plus model (750+MB/s). As mentioned above, the iQOO 9 Pro is equipped with a new Samsung ultra-OC version of UFS3.1 high-speed memory chip controlled by Sovit intelligent control, which can increase the sequential write speed by 86% compared with the old version of V6 UFS 3.1, increase the random write speed by 42%, and reduce the power consumption by up to 20%, which is in line with expectations from the actual running score.

Shooting performance test
In terms of photography, as mentioned above, the imaging system of iQOO 9 Pro has many changes compared to iQOO 8 Pro. The iQOO 9 Pro debuts the Samsung GN5 main camera, equipped with a Samsung JN1 fisheye lens (150°).
In order to verify how much the iQOO 9 Pro has improved in imaging, the author found the previous generation of iQOO 8 Pro as a comparison reference model, and we compared the main camera, ultra-wide angle, and 2.5x telephoto respectively.
