After the Spring Festival, foreign tourists traveled to see the scenery, migrant workers returned to work one after another, college and secondary school students returned to school one after another, and the flow of personnel was frequent, increasing the risk of epidemic transmission. In order to protect the life safety and physical health of the broad masses of the people, the Qujing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention has tips for epidemic prevention and control:
1. Outsiders take the initiative to report. After January 24 (inclusive), there are Guangxi Baise Debao County, Youjiang District, Tianyang District, Longlin County, Jingxi City and other people with a history of living in local epidemic areas and high-risk areas in China, and those who have lived in (returning) Qu will take the initiative to report to the community (hotel) and units as soon as they enter (return) Qu, provide a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test report, and then conduct a nucleic acid test to cooperate with the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures. Guangxi Baise City and other low-risk counties (cities, districts) with local epidemic cities or health code marked with "*" asterisks into (return) qu, must take the initiative to report to the community (village), work unit or hotel where they live at the first time, must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and if you fail to provide a certificate, please take the initiative to go to the local medical institution for nucleic acid testing at the first time after entering the qu. People who have a history of travel in high-risk areas in China, a health code, a travel code with a red code, and those who have a history of contact with a reported case in the past 14 days or have a crossover with the latest published itinerary trajectory, consciously cooperate to do a good job of 14 days (the time is calculated from leaving the epidemic area or the last contact) centralized isolation for medical observation.
2. Local citizens should make reasonable arrangements for travel. Strictly control going to high-risk areas outside the country and with local epidemic reports, do not go to 25 border counties (cities, districts) and medium-risk areas without necessity, minimize visits to relatives and friends and travel, and if you really need to go, pay close attention to the medium- and high-risk areas of the domestic epidemic (you can query the WeChat Mini Program "State Council Client"), and report to the community (village) and work unit in advance. After the return, it must be reported to the community (village) and the work unit in a timely manner, and cooperate with personal health monitoring and various prevention and control measures.
III. Strictly control gathering activities. In accordance with the principle of "who organizes, who is responsible, who organizes, who is responsible", the scale of the place and the flow of people are strictly controlled to prevent the gathering of personnel. Advocate no more than 10 people such as family dinner parties, advocate "postpone the handling of happy events, simplify funerals, and do not do banquets", and really need to hold as small as possible the scale of activities. People such as the elderly aged 60 and over and patients with serious chronic diseases should minimize going to crowd gathering places.

Fifth, complete the whole process of vaccination in a timely manner. Vaccination is an important means of epidemic prevention and control, please be of the right age and no contraindications to receive the new crown virus vaccine as soon as possible. Sixth, try to avoid online shopping, purchasing cold chain food overseas and in domestic areas with case reports.
