Today, former NBA player Richard Jefferson was interviewed about a game with LeBron James in 2005. Jefferson said: "I missed an empty dunk and he (James) called me 'Cottage Carter'.

Then he came back on the pitch, scored in front of me, and the next thing was that he slammed his hand on my head. Jefferson said.
