EFE: Spain's outdoor stadiums open capacity to 85%, indoors to 75%

Sources in the Spanish health system said that the Spanish Ministry of Health and the relevant department CCAA reached an agreement on Monday to increase the capacity of outdoor stadiums from 75% to 85%, and the capacity of closed venues from 50% to 75%.

Ministers and lawmakers in the health sector raised the maximum number of spectators to sporting events, including football and basketball. Previously, the health department stipulated that the capacity of outdoor venues was limited to 75%, while the capacity of indoor venues was limited to 50%. It also includes a series of epidemic prevention measures, such as wearing masks and prohibiting crowds from drinking alcohol.
