01 Chronic idiopathic urticaria

Adult (Domestic)
▎1.1.1 Indications
Used to relieve symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria [1-5].
▎1.1.2 Dosage
Orally, 5 mg once daily. Eating does not affect the effect of taking the drug [1-5].
Dispersible tablets are added to an appropriate amount of water when used, stirred evenly and dispersed, or taken directly with water [4].
The suspension is dissolved in water and stirred well before serving, which can be taken at the same time as food [5].

Adults (FDA)
▎1.2.1 Indications
Tablets are indicated for relieving pruritus symptoms in patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria aged 12 years and older, reducing the number and area of urticaria [6].
Oral solutions are indicated for relieving pruritus symptoms in patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria of 6 months and older, reducing the number and area of urticaria [8].
▎1.2.2 Dosage
The recommended dose of tablets is 5 mg once a day. Eating does not affect the effect of taking the drug [6].
The recommended dose for oral solution is 10 ml (containing 5 mg of desloratadine) once daily [8].
02 Allergic rhinitis

Used to relieve systemic and local symptoms of allergic rhinitis [1][3].
▎2.1.2 Dosage
Orally, 5 mg once daily. Eating does not affect the effect of taking the drug [1][3].
03 Perennial allergic rhinitis

▎3.1.1 Indications
It is used to relieve the systemic and local symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis[2][4][5].
▎3.1.2 Dosage
Orally, 5 mg once daily [2-5].
The suspension is soluble in water, stirred well before serving, and taken with food [5].
3.2
▎3.2.1 Indications
Tablets are indicated for the relief of symptoms in patients aged 12 years and older with perennial allergic rhinitis [6].
Oral chipping tablets are indicated for relieving symptoms in patients aged 2 years and older with perennial allergic rhinitis [7].
Oral solutions are indicated for relieving symptoms in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis for 6 months and older [8].
▎3.2.2 Dosage
The recommended dosage for tablets is 5 mg once daily, regardless of food factors [6].
The recommended dose for oral chipping is 5 mg once daily [7].
04 Seasonal allergic rhinitis

▎4.1.1 Indications
Tablets are indicated for the relief of symptoms in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis 12 years of age and older [6].
Oral chipping tablets are indicated for relieving symptoms in patients aged 2 years and older with seasonal allergic rhinitis [7].
Oral solutions are indicated for relieving symptoms in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis 2 years of age and older [8].
