"Danced, gave us everything"
"I like to look at these houses on the roof, its structure, its arrangement, you can see the sun go down, you can also see how the cloud changes..."
This is the beginning of the story.
When talking with two young dancers, Shi Xuan and Zhou Niannian, they were lying on the roof railing overlooking the landscape below, and everything was quiet.
Shi Xuan and Zhou Niannian, one is the founder dancer of Guangdong Modern Dance Company, and the other is the first generation of dancers after the founding of the troupe.
They come from different places and love different reasons for dancing.
To be able to associate with dance, Shi Xuan is ignorant.
When he was in elementary school, he actually had no concept of dancing at all, and when he was almost eleven years old, he studied "Beijing's Golden Mountain" at school, because he wanted to "see Tiananmen".
Then, everything happened naturally, enrolled in the Central Institute for Nationalities, and opened the way to learn dance...
"Parents are dancing."
Zhou Niannian seemed to have dancing cells flowing in his blood from the moment he was born. She didn't seem to think about what it was all about dancing.
But since I was a child, I was lying at the door of the rehearsal hall where my parents danced, watching them rehearse and watching them practice, and I liked dancing.
In her words, "I just want to feed myself with dance."
Shi Xuan did not think that he wanted to make dancing his profession. But he never thought about doing anything else since he joined the Modern Dance Company, "and he's going to keep doing it like this."
Dancing, for both of them, is a very important thing.
If there is any contradiction, or a bad mood, immersing yourself in the rehearsal hall and immersing yourself in the stage will make people feel at ease and forget everything.

For dancers, offline stage performances cannot be carried out normally, and this period has the opportunity to enjoy their own time, such as Shi Xuan and Zhou Niannian.
Trapped by the epidemic and unable to go out, they have more time to organize their thoughts.
Feeling the changes brought by the epidemic to life, I had the origin of the original creation of "Scenery in the Mist".
"Shut up at home, locked up at home and choreograph."
The two stages also moved from the spotlight to the roof of the home. Sometimes when they were tired of jumping, Shi Xuan and Zhou Niannian would lie on the railing and overlook the landscape below.
Shi Xuan said that he likes to look at the house in the distance, see its structure and arrangement.
During the epidemic, the sky he could see seemed to suddenly become blue, and the shape of the clouds was different from what he had seen before. The poetic feeling of life is also the source of inspiration for them to finalize the name of the work.
