Han Shu's parent company stepped out of the pace of IPO in Hong Kong,

It may become the first beauty company to be listed on Hong Kong stocks in 2022

After two unsuccessful listings, Shangmei Group, the parent company of beauty giant "Han Shu", is finally one step closer to listing. Recently, Shangmei Group has submitted an overseas listing application to the CSRC and will go public in Hong Kong, potentially becoming the first beauty company to be listed on Hong Kong stocks in 2022.

Han Shu is the earliest product of Shangmei Group and the only brand for a long time. Han Shu started from the third and fourth tier markets, and then took the EXPRESS train of TV shopping and quickly accumulated funds. Since then, the micro-business channel has made Han Shu popular, and even been crowned the title of "the first micro-business". The real jump from the third and fourth lines to the first line of Shangmei Group is because of its crazy TV advertising. People who know Han Shu and Yiyezi have probably been "bombarded" by their advertisements. According to relevant media reports, in 2016, the annual advertising investment of Shangmei Group has reached 1.5 billion yuan. (Source: Investment Community)

Intelligent haptic sensors are a measurement technique that combines machine learning. The technology is able to identify how cool, moist, and the type of solution that human skin feels, and convert it into digitized data. The sensor has an ultra-thin design with a soft material that adheres to the skin and can be measured stably despite external pressure and deformation. Amorepacific collaborated with the research team of Professor Ko Hyun hyub of the Ulsan Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), which has cutting-edge sensor technology for human skin simulation, and achieved this result. The National University of Singapore has developed a new hair dye that avoids allergic reactions

With funding from the National University of Singapore, researchers published research to develop a new batch of permanent hair dyes that avoid the sensitization of traditional formulations. When paraphenylenediamine (PPD) is used to color hair, it undergoes a chemical reaction that turns the hair black and does not disappear over time. However, this reaction also produces compounds that bind to proteins in the user's skin, causing allergic reactions such as eczema and swelling of the face. The team prepared seven novel aromatic amine dyes (N1–N7) based on PPD and made them less easily absorbed by the skin. All seven compounds permanently color hair samples, producing a range of shades from rose red to deep black. Even if you wash it every day, it will not fade after three weeks.

Five of the modified dyes (N1–N4, N6) are "weak" sensitizers, while PPD is a "medium" sensitizer. Another test showed that the new compound produced fewer inflammatory responses in cells compared to PPD.

The above results show that the new dye can safely and effectively color hair while avoiding the potential sensitization risks of traditional dyes. (Source: Personal Care Frontier)
