The 2022 Cross-Strait Folk Culture Festival opened on the 13th

Folk customs are noisy in the New Year, and blessings are rolling in. Another folk drama is about to start - the 2022 Cross-Strait Folk Culture Festival will open on the 13th in The Liangcuo Characteristic Historical and Cultural Block and last until the 14th.

With the theme of "Folk Customs Heart, Cross-Strait Happiness", this folk culture festival will present a cross-strait folk festival to create a strong atmosphere of "blessing" culture and festival. According to reports, the folk culture festival will bring 1 large-scale folk parade, 5 folk performances, 8 street culture exhibitions, 20 folk market stalls, and open up a street of food streets on both sides of the strait and 13 folk customs exhibition halls.

In addition to the main venue of Liangcuo, the folk culture festival also set up a Matsu sub-venue, and the people of the two places will celebrate the New Year together in the clouds.

Founded in 2008, the Cross-Strait Folk Culture Festival was developed from the "Mindu Folk Culture Festival" and was listed by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council as an annual key project for exchanges with Taiwan.
