Subsequently, in 1972, the State Council issued the Notice on the Internal Distribution of Three Japanese Reactionary Films, including "Ah! Eisaku Sato served as Prime Minister of Japan from November 9, 1964 to July 7, 1972, and was in power for seven years and eight months. He is also the maternal uncle of Shinzo Abe, and the longest-serving Japanese prime minister before Abe resigned last September was Eisaku Sato. During his term of office, he was the golden age of Japan's rapid development, and he vigorously favored the Chinese mainland hostile to the other side in its relations with China.

Later, President Nixon's visit to China overwhelmed the Sato government, and it also wanted to "follow the trend" to improve relations with China, and even proposed to visit China in person - and finally Premier Zhou refused: "Sato Eisaku's words do not count, and China does not regard him as a negotiating opponent." ”
