Production steps
1. First, assemble the frame and axle frame. Screw tightly secure the frame and axle frame.
2. At the position of the seventh hole in the frame, screw up. Note that the screws are only screwed in half as hooks for the leather bands.
3. Insert the gear shaft into the fourth hole of the frame equipped with one end of the axle frame. Pay attention to the bite of the large gear and the pinion, when rotating the gear shaft, the small gear should be able to drive the large gear to rotate together.
4. At the other end of the gear shaft, install the upper position bushing.
5. Then, insert the shaft into the first hole at the other end of the frame, and install the limit bushing on both sides to ensure that the shaft rotates flexibly.
6. Place the wheel flat on the anvil, pick up the frame, let the axle be perpendicular to the center of the wheel, pick up the small hammer and gently tap the other end of the shaft, and install the wheel.
7. Use the same method to install the remaining wheels.
8. Place the installed trolley on the plane and try to push it to ensure that the trolley can drive.
9. Pass one end of the leather band through the hole in the axle frame and tie the knot. Then use the same method on the other end. Finally, the leather band is elongated and hung on the hook that was reserved earlier.
