According to the Mirror, due to the failure to successfully bring in Portman and Nunez in this winter transfer window, the Newcastle Summer Window will prepare 75 million pounds to sign these two players.
Newcastle have already spent £91 million on five new signings in this winter transfer window, and Eddie Howe is confident of leading the team to relegation. However, they missed out on Lille defender Portman for £35m and Benfica striker Darwin Nunez for £40m.
Both players are now on Newcastle's summer signing list, and when the summer window opens, Newcastle will be ready for £75 million to sign both players.
