According to The Telegraph reporter Mike McGrath, Takumi Minamino believes he can still contribute to Liverpool and he will fight for his place.
The reporter wrote: "Update on Takushi Minamino's status: Although the team made reinforcements in January, he believes he can still contribute to Liverpool this season. He will now focus on Japan's match against Saudi Arabia and then fight for his place within Liverpool, receiving an inquiry from Leeds United in January. ”
So far this season, Takumi Minamino has made 18 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool, contributing 6 goals and 1 assist.
