At the beginning of 1938, after the Japanese army invaded and occupied Fenyang, Jiang San resolutely threw himself into the War of Resistance Against Japan, actively organized the masses, and often unexpectedly attacked the enemy in the areas of Fenyang, Wenshui, Pingyao, and Jiexiu, so that the enemy and hypocrites did not dare to harass easily and won the support of the broad masses of the people. In July 1942, he was martyred at the age of 30. After liberation, the People's Government of Fenyang County posthumously recognized him as a revolutionary martyr. The cemetery was built in 2. The first inscription on the stele is "Anti-Japanese Hero", the center is engraved with "The Tomb of Jiang San Martyrs", and the next paragraph falls on "The Fenyang Municipal People's Government Rebuilt on April 5, 2001"; the inscription on the stele is "Brief Introduction of Jiang San Martyrs". Behind the monument pavilion are three sealed mounds arranged horizontally, from east to west, the tombs of Jiang Si (killed by the Hook Army) Jiang San and Jiang Qi, who died in the Battle of Xiaoyi. The height of the mound is about 1.7 meters, and the surrounding cement wall is more than 1 meter high, and the circumference is 21 meters. Willow trees are planted around the sealed soil. On the west side of the cemetery, there is the exhibition hall of Jiang San Martyrs, with a width of three rooms, modern style, the appearance is decorated with white porcelain pieces, and the indoor area is 60 square meters. The museum displays more than 30 comic strips of the anti-Japanese theme of Jiang San martyrs, as well as several relics and the remains of Jiang Mother. On December 28, 1993, the Fenyang County People's Government announced it as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
