On January 30, britain's Sunday Times reported that Russian ambassador to britain, Karin, said in an interview with the newspaper that Russia would never attack Ukraine first, but if the Kiev regime decided to invade donetsk and Luhansk, two unrecognized "republics", nothing could be ruled out.
