On October 21st, Shinden Yiyu launched a job skills competition for canteen employees with the theme of "'Cooking' Ran Heartbeat', 'Taste'Love and Walking".
Before the competition began, the host announced that the entry was "fish and meat shreds", and asked to select the required materials from the provided ingredients and process them. The competition began, and the contestants were riveted and busy, carefully preparing their own dishes. With the "click" knife up and down, the "squeak" stir-fry cooking, for a time played a harmonious and happy pot and pan symphony. The seemingly simple dishes consider the contestants' choice of ingredients, the preparation of taste and the control of the heat. After a period of operation, a plate of dishes full of color and fragrance appeared, and the scene was filled with bursts of fragrance, waiting for the judges to come and taste. Finally, the judges made a comprehensive evaluation of the color, taste, knife work and hygiene of the daily meal, and selected awards such as "Best Cooking", "Delicious Bursting Lights", and "Beautiful Appearance".
