Recently, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued the "Circular on Commending collectives and individuals with outstanding performance in the high-quality development of the food industry in the province in 2021". The Circular states:
In recent years, under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, the vast number of party members and cadres and workers at all levels and the food front in the province have forged ahead, pioneering and innovating, and the scale of the food industry has ranked first in the country for many years, and a number of advanced collectives and individuals have emerged to promote the high-quality development of the food industry. In order to give full play to the leading role of advanced demonstrations, after research, it was determined that 40 outstanding collectives such as the Consumer Goods Industry Division of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and 60 outstanding individuals such as Li Zhichao were commended.
