It's a tough time again!

The death of my father suddenly interrupted my planned future!

There is a saying that forgetting history is equal to betrayal! In the same way, I think that ending ancestral craftsmanship is also a betrayal of the ancestors!

My grandfather, of course, I had never seen him in person, and I had seen his father's portrait in the center of the living room since I was a child. He was the first vinegar maker in our ancestors, and he raised a family through the craft of making vinegar and made them marry and start a family. Later, this craft passed on to my grandfather, and the next generation went to my father.

Since I was a child, I grew up in a rich mixture of grain mixed with the smell of Daikoku fermentation, and it seems that every pore of my body emits this smell. When I was in elementary school, my classmates joked: As soon as I smelled vinegar, I knew it was you! So, since then, I never thought of taking over this skill like my grandfather and my father. However, years later, as I grew older, I had a different understanding of this skill, and I didn't hate it anymore! After all, in those difficult years, he fed us for generations, and although he was not rich enough, he at least brought food and clothing, so I am grateful for this skill! But I still didn't think I'd take over the job from my father.
