Affected by the strong cold air, Shiyan City has recently experienced heavy snow and local blizzard weather processes, and the level IV emergency response was launched on January 22 and the level III emergency response was launched on January 23. Over the past few days, in order to effectively ensure the safety of people's lives and property and social stability in the area under its jurisdiction, the Wudangshan Subdistrict Office has responded to the low-temperature rain, snow and ice disaster in a tense and orderly manner in accordance with the relevant requirements of the emergency plan for low-temperature rain, snow and ice disasters in the WudangShan Special Zone.

Organizational leadership in place. The main leaders of the office conveyed the relevant requirements of the superiors on responding to the low-temperature rain, snow and ice disasters at the first time, and arranged for the deployment of the office's response measures. Formulate an emergency plan for low-temperature rain, snow and ice disasters, establish an emergency command center for low-temperature rain, snow and ice disasters, with the secretary of the street party working committee as the commander-in-chief, the deputy secretary and director of the street party working committee as the first commander, and the headquarters office and the comprehensive coordination group, the traffic protection group and other eight groups. At the same time, the office held a special work deployment meeting in a timely manner to ensure that the tasks are clear, the measures are in place, the responsibility is to the people, and there is no trouble, and make every effort to ensure that the masses can spend the winter safely.
Visits and investigations are in place. Organize and mobilize offices, village (community) group cadres, and grid members to visit the masses in the area of responsibility, especially special groups, one by one in a timely manner, to understand the living conditions in a timely manner, and to improve the safety awareness and prevention awareness of responding to bad weather. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the preparation of cold materials for the masses, housing safety, electrical safety, etc. Carry out safety inspections in key areas such as geological disaster points, and rectify problems in a timely manner to prevent safety accidents caused by extreme weather. On the morning of January 28, 11 special safety inspections were conducted in key areas, and 25 households were visited for key areas and key personnel.
Traffic protection is in place. Sub-regional, hierarchical, and sub-sections strengthen the action of protecting the road and clearing the snow in the rain and snow freezing sections, effectively increase the inspection of road conditions, the investigation of hidden dangers of safety accidents, the personnel on duty, the clearance of obstacles, and other work, timely place warning signs on dangerous sections of steep slopes, increase the number of personnel on duty, and remind people and vehicles to pay attention to safety when they travel slowly. On the morning of January 28, due to heavy rain and snow, temporary road control was implemented in 4 places, and there were no safety accidents caused by low-temperature rain, snow and freezing weather. In strict accordance with the responsibility table for the rural road sections formulated by the office, 24 road patrols were organized, 9 emergency vehicles were equipped, 15 attendances were made, the total number of roads patrolled was more than 56 kilometers, and all 18 emergency team personnel were on duty.
Duty is in place. The office strictly implements the 24-hour duty, the leadership shift system and the emergency information reporting system, and timely conveys weather information to the people in various villages (communities) through multiple channels, and popularizes the relevant knowledge of risk prevention and emergency response. Carry out overt investigation and covert visits to the situation of duty duty and emergency preparedness, and promptly supervise the implementation and follow-up of the work arranged by the street party working committees and the command headquarters. Each village (community) and each working group reports the progress of the work to the headquarters office at the first time every day, ensuring that the street party working committee and the command headquarters grasp, respond to, and deal with the emergency situation at the first time.
