Zhoushan Area focuses on the liberalization of commodity trade and investment facilitation with oil and gas as the core, and embarks on a differentiated and characteristic development path of "oil without production" and "concentrated gas development". The scale of oil and gas storage in Zhoushan Area reached 32.3 million cubic meters, the annual oil and gas throughput exceeded 127 million tons, and more than 8,400 oil and gas enterprises were gathered, becoming the most concentrated area of oil and gas enterprises in The country. Focusing on building the country's leading new generation of artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone, the national fintech innovation and development pilot zone and the world's first-class cross-border e-commerce demonstration center, Hangzhou Area is moving towards a demonstration zone for high-quality development of the digital economy, and has introduced support policies to promote the construction of a biomedical innovation highland. Xiaoshan Airport has opened 2 new all-cargo international routes and 7 passenger and cargo routes this year; cross-border e-commerce service network covers 30 countries and regions; since approval, 9 enterprises have been successfully listed; in the first half of the year, 10 innovative drugs in the Qiantang area of Hangzhou Linkage Innovation Zone were approved for clinical trials, and the semi-annual output value of biomedical enterprises reached 21.9 billion yuan.
Jinyi Area will build the world's "small commodity capital", building an international small commodity free trade center, a digital trade innovation center, an inland international logistics hub port, a manufacturing innovation demonstration site and an important platform for the opening and cooperation of the "Belt and Road". In the first half of this year, Jinyi Area achieved foreign trade import and export of 77.87 billion yuan, an increase of 37.8% year-on-year; 12,843 new enterprises, an increase of 239%; the number of newly established foreign-invested enterprises in the area was 377, an increase of 41 times year-on-year, and the actual use of foreign capital increased by 266.4% year-on-year.
