Chambers never cashed in on his talent at Arsenal. He was a fringe player for England when he joined the Gunners, making three appearances for the national team in 2014. In Arsenal' squad, he struggled to get a starting spot, in part because of Bellerin at right-back and Koscieln and Merdesack at centre-back. Similar to Holden, Chambers always seems to suffer injuries when he starts to find form, most recently a cruciate ligament tear before December 2019.

Of course, this may only be a stopgap measure, his contract will expire this summer, and it will be difficult to stay longer.
Ernenni has made 10 appearances for Arsenal this season, but hasn't actually played much time, playing just 422 minutes in all competitions, adding up to less than five games combined.
