The Norden 901 uses an 899cc twin camshaft twin-cylinder engine that focuses on low torsional output, with a maximum horsepower of 105hp (77kW) @ 8,000rpm, a maximum torque of 10Nm @ 6,500rpm, a 6-speed wavebox equipped with a PASC clutch, the advantage is that the cavalier control force is lighter, the finger burden is reduced, the anti-tail wheel lock function is more stable in the body after the emergency brake, and the car has a nail handle (titanium ruler), allowing the rider to enter the corner with more confidence. The nail handle can play a stabilizing handlebar role in the uneven off-road section.

The Norden 901 uses electronic throttle, the car provides MTC (Track System) controlled according to the body tilt angle, the computer controls the horsepower output in a colorless and silent situation, reducing the chance of the rider falling due to tire slippage, in addition, the car provides three horsepower modes, namely Street (Street), Rain (Wetland) and Offroad (Off-Road), Explorer (Explore) mode requires additional purchase. According to the factory description, the rain (wetland) mode has the most supple horsepower output, the least horsepower output, the trail system is the most involved, the Street (street) mode throttle is relatively agile, and the Offroad (off-road) allows the knight to shake the tail to a greater extent, and turn off the anti-lift head system, the computer will also turn off the ABS system at the rear of the car, so that the knight can slide sideways in the mud lock tail, the front ABS intervenes when necessary, the car is more equipped with a fast gear converter, and the upshift and trailer do not need to use the clutch.

In order to take care of the needs of the knight's long-distance driving, the car is set up with a cruise button, in other words, the knight can maintain a fixed speed without holding the accelerator for a long time, which can reduce the tiredness of the right hand, even if it is useful in Hong Kong. While the Norden 901 appears to be an adventure car with off-road performance, the car is equipped with a Superbike-class braking system with a 2 x 320mm floating brake disc with a 4-piston brake caliper in the front and a 260mm brake disc with a 2-piston caliper at the rear, while the braking system comes from Brembo's J.Juan brand.
