According to the Daily Mail, Everton are interested in Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus Cheek, but Blues boss Tuchel has always been keen to keep the player at Stamford Bridge.
This season, Cheek played 20 games for Chelsea, providing three assists. Juventus are also considering a loan to replace Artur, although they have reached an impasse in the latter's deal with Arsenal.
Everton desperately need to reinforce the midfield after Dukuré's Delph injury, and both players are expected to be sidelined for at least four weeks. But when asked about Cheek's future earlier this month, Blues boss Tuchel said the players still have a lot to fight for at Chelsea.
