In 1982, after graduating from the former Weinan District Traditional Chinese Medicine School, Zhang Jianmin was assigned to the Shaanxi Honorary Military Rehabilitation Hospital as a doctor after graduating from the former Weinan District Traditional Chinese Medicine School. After receiving the news, Zhang Jianmin and his colleagues quickly rushed to the scene. The weather was hot, the body was highly decomposed, emitting an unpleasant smell, and no physical evidence was found at the scene to prove the identity of the deceased. In the face of the scorching sun, Zhang Jianmin and his colleagues carefully examined and determined that the deceased died of mechanical asphyxiation caused by external forces on the neck. Because it is a case of an unknown body, finding out the source of the body has become the key to solving the case. Zhang Jianmin quickly entered the relevant data into the unknown name of the corpse database, and the comparison results showed that the deceased may be Qiu Moumou, a missing woman in Qindu District, Xianyang City. The Huayin Municipal Public Security Bureau immediately contacted Qindu District, and after the joint efforts of the public security organs of the two places, it lasted more than ten days and successfully solved the case.
In March 2014, a murder occurred in a village in Huashan Town, Huayin City, in which three generations of four grandchildren of a family of four were killed, and the methods of committing the crime were cruel and the social impact was extremely great. After receiving the news, Zhang Jianmin quickly led the technical squadron police to the scene. After careful search and careful judgment, Zhang Jianmin found the suspect's route in and out of the scene, and found a brown leather bag with blood in a hidden weed around the scene. After inspection, it was confirmed that the blood on the bag was the blood of the deceased, and the contents of the bag were confirmed to be owned by the suspect, which played a key role in confirming the suspect in the case. After the suspect arrived at the case, Zhang Jianmin immediately conducted a detailed inspection of the clothes he was wearing. Although the suspect repeatedly scrubbed his clothes, the careful Zhang Jianmin found suspicious blood stains on the pants and shoes he was wearing, which was confirmed by laboratory tests as the blood stains of the deceased, providing conclusive evidence for the smooth prosecution and conviction of the case.
For 33 years, Zhang Jianmin always appeared at the scene of the crime for the first time. Although work tasks may be received at any time, and the workplace is mostly in remote places, the environment is harsh and the conditions are harsh, Zhang Jianmin has always maintained a high sense of responsibility and awe. Zhang Jianmin investigated and inspected more than 1,000 cases (incidents) and issued more than 4,000 appraisal certificates of various kinds, providing important clues for the investigation and cracking of cases and providing conclusive evidence for the court's conviction and sentencing.
