At the beginning of the new year in 2022, Rene Liu presented the "Honesty" MV, hoping to honestly face various states, embrace a more "peaceful" self in the new year, open self-dialogue through images, and convey sincere emotions. Fans left a message saying it was the best gift for the New Year.
In 2021, Rene Liu released her 15th album "Each Is Okay", the album's 11 songs carry different emotional weights - mature and courageous, brave to be lonely, willing to admit, free to face, let go of relief, encourage companionship... It's been 10 months since the album was released, but each song makes people savor a variety of "well-being" looks. As the new year approaches, she has once again launched the "Honesty" MV, which premiered on January 26.
"Honesty" was written by Golden Melody Award lyricist Ge Dawei and composed by Chen Jianqi, the best album producer, and the MV invited emerging director Yao Guozhen to direct, jointly and deeply portraying Rene Liu's most delicate emotions. Rene Liu said: "'Honesty' is a song with strong recoil for me, in fact, I don't know what words to use to describe it, because it is all in the lyrics and music. ”

In the MV, you can see Rene Liu's most honest emotions, remembering that everyone's life is not easy now, everyone has to face such a situation honestly, and when she sings to the end, she feels very deeply, and even shed tears. Rene Liu said that the sorrows and joys in life are transformed into words, notes and images, which are honestly recorded in the album "Each Is Well", and hopes that everyone will be well in the new year and look forward to getting together.
