The creation of "The Fragrance of Rice and Flowers on the Black Land" - Golden North Okura Sanjiang Autumn Harvest Busy
After working in the northeast for 1,100 days and nights, I miss the vast and fascinating Songliao Plain and the colorful and dreamlike black land. In the past three years, I have traveled back and forth dozens of times in the wilderness of Longjiang, and witnessed the four seasons of the black land, the flowing gold of the black soil and the abundant harvest of rice. The blue sky and white clouds are far away from the mountains, and the ridge golden jade belt leads to the sky, as if breaking into the Lingtai Wonderland. With my many years of experience in geological surveys, 2019 was another bumper year. In 2016, the grain output of Heilongjiang Province was more than 60.585 million tons, in 2017 the grain output was 60.188 million tons, and in 2018 the grain output was 75.07 million tons, and the total grain output has ranked first in the country for 8 consecutive years. If the national population is calculated according to that year, the Black Dragon River provides 100 kilograms of grain to each Chinese, what a contribution!
From the early days of the republic to 2018, Heilongjiang provided more than 2 billion tons of grain to the country, of which 87 percent was commodity grain; more than 2 billion tons of crude oil, accounting for one-half of the mainland's total crude oil production; and 700 million cubic meters of timber, accounting for one-third of the country's timber supply. So far, it has the reputation of "the world's granary please ask Longjiang". Grain production shoulders the heavy responsibility of the world, is this not enough to make every Heilongjiang person proud?
Due to the intensification of human reclamation behavior and management negligence, the world's major black soil areas, including the mainland, are facing serious threats such as soil erosion, reduced organic matter, declining fertility, salinity and alkali compaction, and environmental degradation. As you can see, the mainland has entered a new normal of development in recent years, the pattern of interests of major powers has been profoundly adjusted, the international financial crisis has risen one after another, the wave of anti-globalization in developed countries has risen, the closed-door doctrine has flourished, the world trade conflict has intensified, and the downward pressure on the mainland economy has increased sharply. It has brought great pressure to Heilongjiang Province, which used to rely too much on energy, petrochemical, minerals, equipment manufacturing and other industries, and also brought considerable impact on agricultural development and the protection and rational development and utilization of black soil resources.
The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the economic revitalization of the northeast, stressing that "ecology is a resource, ecology is a productive force, green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains, and ice and snow are also golden mountains and silver mountains"; "the quantity of black land does not decrease, the quality does not deteriorate", "the northeast sky should be bluer, the mountains should be greener, and the water should be cleaner." In order to support the comprehensive revitalization of Heilongjiang Province, the Party Central Committee and the State Council have given strong support from various aspects such as promoting economic transformation, supporting the private economy, strengthening investment, and improving the investment environment. It sounded the clarion call for the development and protection of black soil. Heilongjiang Province has made the correct choice to fully implement the black land survey and evaluation to effectively grasp the resource status, scientific and rational planning, intensive and standardized utilization, and develop modern agriculture. This fills our hearts with relief.
In 2019, from early spring to late autumn, the sky and the earth are integrated with a bird's eye view of the Longjiang River, and high-tech means such as satellite observation, aerial photography, and ground geochemical exploration and sampling are dispatched in unison, and the three-dimensional perspective of the Longjiang land is carried out. Since 2017, the Shenyang Geological Survey Center of the China Geological Survey of the Ministry of Natural Resources has introduced satellite remote sensing- aviation hyperspectral - ground soil hyperspectral and geochemical methods and means to explore the integrated linkage survey and monitoring technology of "sky and ground" of black soil resources, and made important breakthroughs, especially the application of aviation hyperspectral technology to extract soil quality full nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter and other major nutrient indicators, to obtain reliable results, breakthrough in traditional applications, the application of ground hyperspectral measurement to extract soil quality information. Realize the rapid investigation and monitoring of airborne hyperspectral in the use of land, ecological resource changes and conditions in key areas or ecologically fragile areas, comprehensively investigate the soil quality status of cultivated land areas, and discover a number of selenium-rich black soils, and promote the poverty alleviation of Helen and other cities with scientific and technological innovation. More than 99% of the black soil is free of heavy metal pollution, the soil is rich in nutrients, and the cultivated land area of the third grade (moderate) soil nutrients reaches 153,000 square kilometers, accounting for 83.2% of the cultivated land area of the black soil surveyed.
"Integrated Investigation and Monitoring of Soil Quality 'Sky and Land' in the Key Belt of Global Black Soil" was selected for 2017, and "Successful Demonstration of Integrated Hyperspectral Resource Detection of 'Sky and Ground'" was selected as one of the top ten events in the field of remote sensing in China in 2018, marking that rapid and advanced technical methods such as remote sensing are applied to the quantity, quality, ecological investigation and monitoring of land resources in the future. Relying on the breakthrough of integrated investigation and monitoring technology of "sky and land" of black land resources, the Shenyang Geological Survey Center of the China Geological Survey established the National Black Soil Remote Sensing Branch in the field of remote sensing, which became a branch of the China Remote Sensing Application Association to provide conditions and guarantees for the application of remote sensing technology to monitor black soil resources. Shenyang Geological Survey Center has been organizing and implementing comprehensive survey and monitoring of black soil quality for many years, and is a scientific and technological pioneer in the investigation and protection of black soil quality.
