Zhang Xuefeng: Yes, I came to Suzhou because I felt that Suzhou had given me a balance between work, life and education.

Zhang Xuefeng: It was particularly smooth, and this may also be my smoothest year in my career.

While carrying out the reform of the new college entrance examination, the state requires high schools to carry out good career planning at the high school stage, and it is best to let children understand the development of various majors and all walks of life when they apply for volunteers, even before applying for volunteers.

Reporter: Why do you think this is particularly important? Are there any special experiences to share with us in the process of starting a business?
Zhang Xuefeng: The atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship in the city is particularly good, especially the government's service concept and the "pro" and "Clean" government-business relationship, and the efficiency of work is also high.
Since the establishment of our company, it has always been concerned by leaders at all levels. On March 15, 2021, it was officially moved to the park, and at that time, the declaration of leading talents was missed, but after the park learned about it, it immediately launched a "one matter, one discussion".
Half a month later, I got the park's leading talents and a series of tax reduction policies. The entire floor of the new company, rent-free for three years, saves a lot of costs, which is particularly valuable for start-up companies.
The park has always communicated with me: you see what development our company has, what needs, you can mention, what needs government innovation to do. This kind of thing is unthinkable in most cities. Of course, this comes from the fact that we have found the right direction and have users to recognize us. Serving a lot of people on the right path is a good thing. At the beginning of June 2021, when we did our services, we were highly recognized by the parents of the students. When you see the expectations and affirmations of parents, you feel that what you are doing can not only have your own career, let so many people eat, but also gain the recognition of customers, not all industries can do this.
Sometimes when communicating with parents, parents originally felt that their children were usually very hardworking and had no hope; after communication, parents immediately felt that the more children looked, the better they looked, and they were very hopeful. It comes from the fact that we have a group of like-minded peers. 90% of the company's employees are new Suzhou people. Personally, I think the only problem with Suzhou is that it is too low-key.
I remember when I first came, I also sent a circle of friends, I said that among the 10 first-tier cities where college students preferred employment, why was there no Suzhou? From the economic volume and humanities history, we should be able to rank in the top 10, but the first choice for college students to find employment has not seen Suzhou.
I personally feel that Suzhou has always been in the development of manufacturing, and many college students may not know it. Second, I think the most important thing is the lack of advertising, we should take the initiative to go out and let more people come.
