Activity content: On the afternoon of January 3, team members and instructors arrived at the office of the Management Institute on the fourth floor of the administrative building at the agreed time to carry out winter vacation practical activities. According to the arrangement of the survey content can be roughly divided into three parts. First, the team first interviewed the full-time counselors who had the most contact with students, and after in-depth exchanges with different counselors, the team members learned about the college students' love in the eyes of the counselors and encountered student love problems at work: some students urged each other to make progress together because of love, put each other into the future planning blueprint and worked hard, but also some relatively immature love brought negative effects to both sides. At the same time, many teachers said that the first task of college students is academics, and they cannot put all their minds on one person because they are in love. Due to the difference in thinking between men and women, it will cause certain contradictions, and I hope that students can deal with it rationally. Second, the team interviewed the main person in charge of the Youth League Committee of the Management Institute, and in the exchange with the teachers of the Youth League Committee, the team members felt the yearning of today's young college students for love. The teacher said that the inducement for some people to fall in love is no longer the personality quality of the other party, but is influenced by the people around them, and love is regarded as a compulsory course for college students. It is gratifying that in the environment of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, the students' concept of love is still very decent, and they do not fall in love for the sake of love. At the same time, the Youth League Committee will also launch more activities to supervise the students' studies, enrich the spiritual life of the students, exercise their abilities, and have a more suitable stage to show themselves. Third, the team interviewed the dean of the School of Management Science and Engineering of Anhui University of Finance and Economics. As a college student in the 80s, the teacher compared people's attitudes towards feelings and today's more open love environment, and told the team members through Mastro's hierarchy of needs that today's love environment is not only because of people's openness of thought, but also the rapid development of the motherland over the years. The teacher said that when completing school, love is also a spice in life.
Practical perception: Through a day's investigation and interview, the team members have a deeper understanding of love, understand the importance of responsibility and responsibility in love, and further grasp the interaction between college students' love concept and love psychology and personal academic level ability, and have a deeper understanding of how to complete their studies.
