According to Spain's Daily Sport newspaper, Barca will negotiate a contract renewal with Roberto next week, and they will meet with the player's agent.

Roberto's contract with Barca expires this summer, and Barca hope to negotiate a renewal with them after the market closes at the next swing meeting, and both sides hope that a deal can be reached.

Roberto's contract extension will not help Barca to achieve the Fiscal Fairness Act, but Xavi wants Roberto to stay and the players want to stay at Barca.
