Donovan: Brother Ball will undergo surgery on Saturday Jones Jr. was injured in training

Livestream Bar Jan. 27 Bulls coach Donovan gave an interview to the media today, in which he talked about the injury of Lonzo Ball and Derrick Jones Jr.

Donovan said Ball will undergo knee arthroscopic surgery this Saturday and the team will update the details after the operation.

Regarding derrick Jones Jr.'s fractured index finger in his right hand, Donovan said Jones Jr. was injured during training and that he was injured by not posing properly while receiving the ball in training.

According to previous reports, Jones Jr. will make a comeback in 6-8 weeks.

So far this season, Ball has played in 35 games, averaging 13 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Jones Jr. played in 31 games for the Bulls, finishing with 6.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, 0.5 assists and 0.7 blocks, shooting 40.5% from three-point range.
