Guo Yushan said: "On the construction site, there are many excellent young men, but they have no chance to meet girls. So, whenever I have time, I organize networking events. ”
In addition to loving the red bride to provide advice for the happiness of employees' lives, what is even more valuable about Guo Yushan is the persistent craftsman spirit. Each of Guo Yushan's inventions and creations was developed by himself after inspecting the construction site. In the past, the rebar inventory of the construction site relied on people holding a marker pen while drawing and remembering, which was time-consuming and laborious, and it was easy to make mistakes. After discovering this problem, Guo Yushan led the team to study the design and repeatedly experimented. Eventually, they invented the "pistol-style rebar pointer", as long as the "trigger" is pulled, it will leave mimeograph marks on the rebar, and the chip built into the dot machine will automatically count.

As a craftsman, Guo Yushan devoted himself to invention work, and his inventions and creations were fruitful. Between 2009 and 2016, Guo Yushan obtained four national utility model patents, among which the invention of the miniature current-limiting controller has been promoted and applied in more than 200 construction sites in many provinces and cities across the country, and has been highly praised. In 2016, Guo Yushan was awarded the "Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Demonstration Labor Model" and the first "Dacheng Craftsman" in Foshan.
Guo Yushan is not only a craftsman who can engage in invention, but also a versatile craftsman. He usually likes to write poetry, practice calligraphy, and lala erhu. When he mentioned that when he was working in Hubei, the article "Civilized Construction of the Third Bureau of China Construction was Hard" written by him made the front page of Shashi Daily, and Guo Yushan was quite proud.
The road to invention is getting farther and farther away

Guo Yushan remembers that when he first joined the work, he followed the senior electrician master to install the old-fashioned contactor, and when the electricity was turned on, the fuse was broken, and the teacher Fu groped for a long time and did not successfully connect. At one o'clock in the morning, Guo Yushan was lying on the bed, and the installation problem of the contactor during the day lingered in his mind, and it was difficult to sleep. Guo Yushan "banged" from the bed, ran to the equipment room to open the equipment, and a person opened the shell of the contactor to view and debug. Finally, Guo Yushan found that the contactor worked with its own weight pressure, so it was necessary to erect the connection. Relying on a strong effort to study, Guo Yushan, who was still a new recruit, solved the problem that senior electrician masters were helpless.
In 1983, Guo Yushan transferred from the army to a company that never sleeps in the city project, engaged in mechanical and electrical management, in order to save costs, the project purchased an old concrete mixing station, intended to be used after renovation. After learning that the experts needed to spend more than 20,000 yuan on the manufacturing, and it took a month, Guo Yushan took the initiative to ask for help. "At that time, I only slept three or four hours a day, because I couldn't sleep because I thought about the electric principle." Guo Yushan talked about the first invention and transformation of the memory is still fresh. In the end, it took only 20 days for Guo Yushan to complete the transformation work and repair the equipment that needed to be replaced.
In the process of invention and creation, Guo Yushan's most important thing is to be able to solve the problems encountered in the work. In 2004, Guo Yushan served as the deputy secretary of the project, mainly responsible for logistics management. When inspecting the workers' living areas, he found that the workers often used electrical appliances such as "hot fast and rice cookers" in violation of the law, which was a great safety hazard. Therefore, he and his team used their spare time to inquire about the information, consulted industry experts, and visited more than 20 manufacturers of micro electrical equipment in more than 2 years, and after continuous research, finally invented the "micro current limiting device", which can power off all abnormal electrical equipment in 3 seconds.
"There is nothing that cannot be done, as long as you think of a way, you can make it." Guo Yushan has always adhered to this belief in his work. From an ordinary mechanical and electrical worker to a deputy secretary of the project, and finally set up his own innovative invention studio, Guo Yushan felt that along the way, he could insist on using his spare time to study new technologies, which was inseparable from his strong interest in mechanical and electrical. Interest has made Guo Yushan's beliefs come to fruition. Every invention, every transformation, is guo Yushan and his studio partners every day to find practical problems on the construction site, using the time outside of work to study.
Create an incubator for inventors
Talent is the source of enterprise development. As the leader of the only "non-science class" employee innovation studio in South China, Guo Yushan has achieved fruitful results in building a team of professional talents. In 2013, "Guo Yushan Innovation Studio" came into being. In 2015, the Hubei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions awarded the studio the honorary title of "Hubei Provincial Employee (Labor Model) Innovation Studio".
"As the leader of the studio, I am responsible for their development and let them grow rapidly." Guo Yushan said that at the beginning of the establishment of the innovation studio, it established a system of rules and regulations, clarified the division of labor, incorporated the job responsibilities of each member into the KPI assessment scale, formed a responsibility transmission mechanism, and "shouldered" indicators to cultivate growth.
Guo Yushan introduced that he will tailor the career development plan according to the characteristics of the group members, determine the sub-research topics according to the KPI scale; lead the team to actively participate in activities such as skill competitions and labor competitions, promote the team members to train troops in actual combat, and become talents in the training of troops; for the annual construction plan of the project, form a pair of teachers and apprentices every year to promote pairs, carry out project research, solve technical problems, organize a professional and technical lecture every quarter, carry out a health analysis of a certain equipment, and summarize and exchange the results of the activities in the previous quarter.
Through the overall selection of the branch, the "technology potential stock" talent cultivation and exchange mechanism between each project and the innovation studio was gradually formed, and some brother projects did not exchange talents and then volunteered to join the studio. Over the past few years, through the studio platform to other projects to send 4 talents, respectively to the project chief engineer, system leader and other positions, innovation studio technology efficiency and talent cultivation to achieve organic combination.
At present, the studio is not only fruitful in science and technology, but also a rookie. Studio member Sun Xinghong has been following Guo Yushan to carry out technical inventions for three years, and has grown rapidly into the chief engineer of the project, he is also the youngest project chief engineer of the branch; yan Qi, a member of the studio, is a new employee who joined in 2014, he is proactive, outstanding performance, and obtained a very rare early conversion qualification; Li Genjin, a machine controller who loves inventions, was absorbed into the studio by Guo Yushan, has participated in the completion of a number of inventions, and now he has also transferred to a project technician.
In the studio of more than ten square meters, there is a striking blue display board hanging, and the white characters on a blue background write the planning of 5 innovative projects such as construction water energy saving and high-pressure pump power saving control system, "The studio plan is hung on the wall to remind everyone that the road to innovation is endless!"
