Recently, Li Zhiquan, a second-level researcher of the Provincial Forestry Bureau, led a team of experts to yunan Dahe National Wetland Park to carry out the inspection and review of important wetlands in the province, affirming the effectiveness of the protection and construction of wetland parks in recent years and meeting the conditions for declaring important wetlands in the province.
The inspection team inspected the dahe national wetland park education, monitoring center, nature classroom, plant display garden, mission education display area and other areas, and consulted relevant documents and materials, listened to reports, and comprehensively understood the situation of Dahe wetland resources, protection and restoration, science popularization and education.
The inspection team fully affirmed the effectiveness of the protection and construction of the wetland park in recent years and the efforts made by Yunan County in declaring it to become an important wetland in the province, and believed that the ecological benefits, social benefits and economic benefits of the Dahe Wetland are remarkable, and it is an ecological barrier to the safety of the water environment, which has played an important role in ensuring regional ecological security, protecting biodiversity and optimizing water quality. In the province, it took the lead in applying the smart wetland information management system, realized real-time video surveillance, intelligent species identification, intelligent patrol management and other functions, and the comprehensive monitoring of wetlands was at the forefront of the province, reaching the declaration conditions of important wetlands in the province. At the same time, the inspection team put forward opinions on the preparation of application materials, the definition of the scope of declaration, and the innovation of nature education carriers.
