Recently, according to foreign media Variety, transgender actress Ivory Aquino ("City Story", "When We Rise") joined DC's new film "Batgirl", playing Batwoman Barbara Gordon's girlfriend, transgender Alysia Yeoh, which is the first transgender role in DC live-action movies.
The Batwoman film will be released on HBO Max, directed by Adil El Abi and Bilal Farah, and scripted by Bumblebee screenwriter Christina Hosson. Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon, J. K.
