Identification point 2
Criminals take the way of "extensive casting nets and focusing on training" to carry out indiscriminate mailing of "book review machine", in fact, there is only a directional content advocating the efficacy of health care products in the book review machine, and the elderly are "brainwashed" indoctrinated.
Criminals follow up with the receipt status of the storyteller, telephone contact with the elderly group who signed the storyteller, and sell the capsule to it, in fact, the "ginseng double capsule" that exists on the market belongs to health food rather than medicine, and does not have the efficacy of treating diabetes, hypertension, and complications caused by the three highs.

The difference between health care products and drugs before, the outer packaging of health care products is marked with the "Jian brand size" logo, and the drug is "drug brand size" logo, both of which have obvious differences in production and formula composition, quality control of the production process, efficacy, instructions and advertising.

2 Continue to call back to deceive the trust of the elderly
On the one hand, the fraud gang contacts the elderly who have signed the "book review machine" in the early stage by telephone, claiming to be a return visit from the health care company to deceive the trust of the elderly; on the other hand, the fraud gang will continue to study and sell the "talk book", enrich the fraud routine, from other formal health care products to "ginseng double capsules" to gradually sell and lure the elderly to be deceived.
3 Confuse the concept of "health products" with "drugs"
By making and adding instructions and changing some of the outer packaging, the fraud gang changed the health care products originally marked by the "Jian Font" logo to the "Medicine Font Number" logo, and falsely advocated the therapeutic efficacy of the drug and increased the selling price for profit.
Psychological analysis of being deceived

Correlation control misunderstanding is another kind of universal sexual psychology, and many people tend to associate various random events, resulting in an illusion correlation. Think we've found a connection between various random events. For example, in this case, a large number of cases make it easy for the elderly to have the illusion that many people's physical condition changes stem from the use of so-called health care products.
Be alerted to prevent it
1． Always pay attention to the protection of personal information, and pay more attention to strange emails, telephone calls, etc.;
2． Note the difference between "nutraceuticals" and "medicines":
First of all, the production and formulation composition are different. The production capacity and technical conditions of drugs must be strictly examined by the relevant departments of the state, and can only be put into the market after strict examination of pharmacology, pathology and virus and years of clinical observation, and after identification and approval by the relevant departments. Health care products can be put into the market without going through clinical trials in hospitals. In this way, drugs that belong to drugs must have exact efficacy and indications, and adverse reactions are clear; those that belong to food are not.
Second, the quality control of the production process is different. As a pharmaceutical vitamin product (drug brand), it must be produced in the pharmaceutical factory, and the quality control requirements in the production process are very high, such as air cleanliness, sterility standards, raw material quality, etc.; and as a food vitamin product (food brand number), it can be produced in the food factory, and the standard is lower than the drug production standard.
Third, the difference in efficacy. As a drug, it must have undergone a large number of clinical verifications, and passed the review and approval of the State Drug and Food Administration (SFDA), has strict indications, and has a certain curative effect on the treatment of diseases; and as a food health care product, it has no therapeutic effect, only testing pollutants, bacteria and other health indicators, qualified to be listed.
Fourth, the instruction manual and advertising are different. As a drug, there must be a detailed instruction manual approved by the SFDA, indications, precautions, adverse reactions, very rigorous; and as a food health care product, the instructions will not be so detailed and strict, which is also easier to be used as an exaggerated advertising.
