Huang Weimin emphasized three points on doing a good job in helping and supporting troubled youth in Qixia District. The first is to further improve awareness, rethink and improve on the basis of the "Love in Yiqi" care action brand, and strive to do a good job in helping young people in difficult situations. The second is to further enrich the form and focus on forming a long-term mechanism in the physical and mental health, homework counseling, and social integration of the adolescents in distress, so that the adolescents in difficulty have a greater sense of gain. The third is to further integrate resources, give play to the wisdom of young people in the construction of "dream huts" and the work of carefully wishing to travel around, and help young people in difficult situations light up the "lamp of hope" and illuminate the "road to growth".
The "Dream Transformation +" care plan takes the needy teenagers as the main body of help, builds a "1+3+6" help system, is the first batch of "I do practical things for the masses" project in Qixia District, and is included in the ten key people's livelihood practical projects in Qixia District in 2022, which is a pragmatic measure and a practical heart-warming project of "learning party history and doing practical things".
In 2021, the Qixia Youth League District Committee has fully completed the transformation of 30 "dream huts" in 2021 and 2022. This year, an additional 13 "dream huts" will be renovated, in line with the standard of "illuminating each hut a little brighter", and helping every teenager in distress with heart, affection and strength.
In addition, based on the needs of adolescents in difficulty, the Qixia Youth League District Committee will also deeply link up with the forces of government agencies, social organizations, and caring enterprises to solidly carry out the five major projects of "Love in Yiqi", send more warm services to teenagers in distress, and do a good job in the "last kilometer" of the work of adolescents in distress.
After the ceremony, 25 caring units and cadres of the third-level regiment of the district street society jointly visited the poor teenagers in Qixia District in the warm winter and sent the New Year's micro-wishes to them.
In recent years, the Qixia Youth League District Committee has taken the lead in carrying out the "Love in Yiqi" distressed youth care action in Qixia District, and through four actions, such as the Dream Realization Action and the "I Want to Go to College" Student Assistance Project, the Careful Wish Tour Micro Wish Project, the "Dream Transformation +" Care Plan, and the Qixia-Western Hand-in-Hand Care Action, it has improved the care system for troubled adolescents in Qixia District and cared for the healthy growth of adolescents in Qixia District.
In 2022, the Qixia Youth League District Committee will take the goal of accurately helping every troubled teenager, carry out the "Love in Yiqi" care action, and strive to send the warmest help to the youth through broader social mobilization and more diversified love measures, so as to do a good job in helping the growth of young people and draw a more beautiful blueprint for Qiangfumei High-tech Qixia on the journey of striving for the 14th Five-Year Plan.
