Greenland Hong Kong is also trying to get out of the differentiated route in the field of long-term rental apartments. According to Sun Molin, head of Greenland Hong Kong Jingshe business, the business model of Jingshe innovatively adopts the "leasing + Internet + X" model, which is subdivided into high-end products and low-end products in terms of product positioning, and the layout is concentrated in first-tier cities and new first-tier cities.

Multiple product lines are serviced apartments for corporate executives over the age of 45, family apartments for white-collar workers, couples and couples aged 30-45, and youth apartments for young people aged 20-30.
