Veteran guard Dante Eksam is close to returning to the Rockets

In January, Eksam was sent to the Rockets as a chip for a Harden quartet, and because of a calf injury, Eksam did not play in an official game for the Rockets.

As the No. 5 pick in 2014, Exam has long been plagued by injuries in addition to the first season full attendance. Since the 2017-18 season, he has played only 14, 42, 35 and 6 respectively. In 245 games of his career, Exam averaged 5.7 points and 2.1 assists per game. With the Rockets trying to trade Wall, Ixam may be able to get more playing time.
