The appraisal materials need to be true, complete and sufficient, and the client is responsible for the authenticity and legality of the appraisal materials. If the appraisal materials provided by the client are untrue and the legal consequences caused by the illegality, the client shall bear full responsibility.
Appraisal time limit: Complete appraisal within 30 working days from the date of the judicial appraisal power of attorney. Where appraisal matters involve complex, difficult, or special technical issues, or where the appraisal process takes a long time, the time limit for completing the appraisal may be extended upon approval by the responsible person of the institution, and the extension time limit generally must not exceed 30 working days.
