At present, the Urban Management Bureau of Zhanyi District takes the opportunity to carry out ten special actions to vigorously promote the demolition of illegal outdoor advertisements, vertical light box signs, door plaques, three-dimensional signboards, anti-theft cages and other demolition work within the urban area, guide outdoor advertising and shop signboard facilities to standardize and landscape settings, "polish" the urban landscape, and enhance the city's high "appearance".

The Urban Management Bureau of Zhanyi District carried out façade environmental remediation, and carried out heavy rectification of façade structures and signboards that affected the appearance of the city, so as to brighten, beautify and expand the urban spatial environment at a higher level. The Urban Management Bureau of Zhanyi District strictly compares the standards set by various types of commercial door plaques on both sides of the road, and for the inconsistencies in appearance and style, the proportion is not coordinated, the size does not meet the standards, and the damaged and old door plaques are mainly in the form of supervision and self-rectification, informing the shops that do not meet the specifications to replace or dismantle as soon as possible, so as to rectify one and sell one. After rectification, a total of 206 door plaques were standardized; 2 numbers of rectification points, 171 households were rectified, and the area of remediation was 1780 square meters; 48 door plaques that did not meet the setting standards, were defaced, broken, and seriously faded were demolished, with a demolition area of more than 300 square meters; 5 cases of illegal installation of door plaque facilities were punished; and more than 300 banners were demolished. Demolition of the roof of the signboard is not slack. For the roof of the zhanyi district, the signboard is large in size, high in height, the font is miscellaneous, and the visual effect is poor, which seriously affects the image of the street. Through on-site investigation, the Urban Management Bureau of Zhanyi District identified a total of 7 places that needed to be demolished, of which 2 were located on Panjiang Road, 2 were located at the east gate of Zhanyi Commercial and Trade City, 2 were in the 320 National Highway Kowloon North Road Insurance Company, and 1 was on Xihe Road. In view of the disrepair of the sign on the roof of the demolished building, there are problems such as scaffolding rust, exposed wires, and the main road below, the flow of people is endless, becoming a "sword" hanging high above the heads of the masses. Law enforcement team members repeatedly went to the door to explain the laws and regulations and interests to the owners, and guided the owners to dismantle themselves. Up to now, all 7 building signs have been demolished by the owner himself, and the safety hazards have been eliminated in time. Remove the window small advertisement without leaving a trace. Some street-side merchants, out of the need to solicit customers, always post all kinds of publicity materials inside and outside the glass window, and post a variety of originally clean and bright shop windows, affecting the city façade and causing visual pollution, seriously damaging the city's appearance environment and reducing the city's taste. Because window advertising has the characteristics of difficult governance and rapid rebound, law enforcement team members actively do practical ideological mobilization work, encourage businesses to cooperate with actions, and consciously remove small advertisements that affect the appearance of the city. Driven by law enforcement personnel, the majority of merchants have taken out small shovels, blades, rags, hair dryers and other tools, one by one on the glass door window advertising stickers to clean up, as of now, a total of more than 200 window advertisements have been removed, and the cleaned windows are bright and clean. Dismantling the outer anti-theft cage is not tolerated. In order to better expand urban space, the Zhanyi District Urban Management Bureau investigated and dealt with some out-of-the-box anti-theft cages (columns), outer plastic steel windows that crowded the public space, and all self-installed facilities that protruded from the outer edge of the building façade and window sill, such as the external plastic glass windows and the kitchen operation platform transformed by the balcony. At present, through joint law enforcement with the community and practical ideological work, more than 40 households have been demolished by the citizens themselves, and 13 have been forcibly demolished by law enforcement team members according to law, effectively purifying the urban façade space.

In order to let the "face" of Zhanyi City continue to upgrade and effectively enhance the image of the urban landscape, in accordance with the setting standards of "one street, one feature, one store and one standard" and "height, width and façade" proposed by the District Planning Bureau, the law enforcement team members went deep into each responsible road section and each store to conduct on-site investigation, mapping, and measurement of the door plaque setting, and classified and sorted out, registered and recorded; at the same time, combined with the street style and architectural characteristics, reasonably formulated outdoor advertisements in each section of the Zhanyi Urban Area. Up to now, a total of 306 door plaques have been standardized, and the standardization area covers 80% of the zhanyi urban area.
