Moving "Fearless"

Recently, I heard The Jinan Radio Broadcast a Hundred Red Family Letters, and I was deeply moved by the fearless spirit of Communist Party members, revolutionary martyrs, and benevolent people who threw themselves into the revolution. "Fearless", as the name suggests, means "not afraid of anything, including sacrificing the most precious life". As the dictionary says, it's a kind of "heroism."

Man is flesh and blood, able to feel pain, pleasure, bittersweetness, love and hatred. From the perspective of human nature, people are born to be "afraid". Some people say that as soon as a person is born, the first cry is the first reaction to coming to the world to experience pain. I don't know if there is a scientific basis for this statement, but my little granddaughter was just born, the nurse bathed her, just put into the water, her first feeling may be not safe enough and "afraid", so she quickly reached out her small hand to grasp the nurse's hand tightly and did not let go, and we laughed out loud in the presence of joy.

Fear is human nature. Kindergarten children get preventive injections, and few are not "wow" crying. This is a manifestation of fear of "pain". In addition to "fear of pain", people have more "fear". Eat medicine and be afraid of bitterness, eat vegetables afraid of spicy, work is afraid of tiredness, and fear of wind and rain, fear of cold and heat, fear of noise, fear of heaven and earth, fear of people and ghosts, fear of teachers, fear of leadership, fear of loneliness, fear of loneliness, fear of difficulties, fear of natural disasters and man-made disasters, and so on.

As people grow up, they have different ability to bear "fear", so there is a distinction between "fear" and "fear", "fear" and "fearless". "Afraid" and "afraid" are not said. Then, of all the "fearlessness", man is not a generalist. There is still a distinction between "small fearlessness" and "great fearlessness". Fear of death has undoubtedly become the boundary point of "big and small fearless". There is a famous saying in China, "Chinese death is not afraid, are you still afraid of difficulties?" "It turns out to be true. What is there to fear of those who are not even afraid of death? "People are not afraid of death, but they are afraid of death", which is enough to show the heroic spirit of "sacrificing more for the sake of having a great ambition". It should be explained that the "Chinese" mentioned here should be the "Chinese nation" as a whole, not an individual. If we are specific to a certain individual, there are only a few "fearful ghosts" who believe that "it is better to die than to live.".

I am not a "fearless" person. Sometimes even "little fearless" can't do it. When I was a child, I didn't seem to enjoy the various benefits of vaccination, but I still had some injections due to headaches, brain fever, colds and fevers. Every time you get an injection, although you don't cry and scream like some children, your brows are locked, your teeth are grinning, and your head is twisted to the side and you don't dare to look at it directly. I seem to be more afraid of pain than others. When I was 7 or 8 years old, my legs were sore and festering, and in the treatment of the village doctors, I could not do the same calm and self-assured as Guan Yuguan when he scraped the bones and healed the poison, even if my mother bought me a favorite screw candy to fill my mouth, it still could not stop my crying and the cowardice of "tears flying downpour".

If I used to be afraid of pain because I was young, but then one of the things that happened to me now looks back on me, and even I look down on myself a little.

It was after I joined the work as a people's teacher, once I had a cold and fever for many days to take medicine for many days, and when I arrived at the hospital, the doctor made sure that I had to take penicillin, so I had to follow the doctor's advice. The nurse asked me, "Have you ever been shot with penicillin before?" I said, "No." She said, "You have to do a skin test first." I nodded. She took a small syringe and gently injected a little potion under the skin of my wrist, and all of a sudden, I cried out in pain. The pain like a wasp stinging was almost unbearable for me. If it weren't for the fear of being looked down upon by the young and beautiful female nurses and being laughed at by the patients nearby, I would have almost shed tears. After the injection, the female nurse said: "Don't touch it with your hands, in a quarter of an hour I will come over and check that I am not allergic." "The female nurse is gone, but my mind has begun a fierce ideological struggle." It hurts so much to hit so much, and when the injection comes, I don't know what to do, it is said that it will take a few days to fight? Let's go back and take more medicine. "Under the guidance of this kind of thinking, I retreated in fear of pain, and fled for fear of pain, and even the nurses and doctors quietly slipped away without telling me. Later, in small talk, I told my friends that several female colleagues laughed and gasped. In fact, they said, there was no skin test when they played penicillin. They also said sarcastically: "If you were captured by the enemy in the war years, you would definitely be a traitor, and if the enemy whipped in one fell swoop, you must not spare you one after another, don't fight, I will recruit, I will move." I said, "That's not necessarily true, it's really critical, and we're not greedy and afraid of death." Of course, this is a joke, but I think that once people have a firm faith, they can often become a "fearless" person who is "not afraid of suffering, and the other is not afraid of death". "Fear and fearlessness" is supported by faith and spirit. In a specific era and special war environment, "bear with watching your peers become new ghosts" and "my generation is a basil people". Backed by faith and spiritual strength in the pursuit of truth, people put life and death aside. In terms of position, principle, and concept, I have always been very firm, indomitable, rather than bending, and never bending my knees. Because of this personality, I have suffered losses in my life at work, but I have never regretted it.

In the 60s and 70s of the last century, it was advocated that Communist Party members should have the spirit of "five not afraid", that is, "not afraid of killing heads, not afraid of going to jail, not afraid of dismissal, not afraid of expulsion from the party, and not afraid of divorce from their wives." "Actually, I thought it was enough to have the first one who wasn't afraid to kill the head. As long as you are not afraid to kill the head, what is more worthy of fear than killing the head? As long as there is a heroic spirit of "beheading does not matter, as long as the doctrine is true", "who has not died since ancient times, leave Dan heart to take care of sweat and green", "I smile from the horizontal knife to the sky, to leave the liver and gallbladder for two Kunlun" and "the front foot stepped out of the gate, the back foot is not ready to step into the gate again", what else is there to worry about?

In my life, what I admire most is the national hero and revolutionary hero who sacrificed his personal life for the sake of the Chinese nation, for his own motherland, for his own faith, and for the cause of communism. Wen Tianxiang, Tan Sitong, Li Dazhao, Qu Qiubai, Fang Zhimin, Xia Minghan, Yun Daiying, Wen Yiduo, Dong Cunrui, Liu Hulan... They are all capitalized people with "fearless" heroism and will always be my role models.

People with "fearless" heroism are not afraid of death; but not all people who are not afraid of death can be called people with "fearless" heroism. Liu Jin, the great eunuch of the Ming Dynasty, deceived the emperor and was punished for chaos in the government, and was cut by a knife for more than three thousand knives without shouting; Lu Xun's Ah Q was pushed to the guillotine until he was confused and confused but shouted that "after 20 years, Lao Tzu is a good man again" is not "fearless"; the cry of "Lao Tzu has lived enough" before the traitors and robbers were executed is not "fearless". Their performances cannot hide their hypocrisy and cowardice of being fierce and inward, strong in the outside. Even if some of them are really not afraid of death, it can only show that their hardness and stubbornness, despair and helplessness, and "fearlessness" have nothing to do with each other. Only Tan Sitong, who obviously can escape the disaster and run away instead of staying at home, "can't get out of the day and sit back and wait for arrest," saying that "China has not heard of anyone who has shed blood because of the change of the law, and the reason why this country is not prosperous, please start with Si Tong"; Tan Sitong, who was arrested for betrayal by traitors, did not fear profits and temptations and torture, and before dying calmly and calmly said at the execution site: "This place is very good", And Fang Zhimin, who was equally heroic and wrote "Lovely China" in prison, and the "Hundred Red Family Letters" broadcast on the radio. Only one of these revolutionaries who shed their blood for the revolution deserves the glorious title of "fearlessness." Just as Chairman Mao Zedong wrote in his inscription for the "Monument to the People's Heroes" in Tiananmen Square: "The people's heroes who have sacrificed themselves in the People's Liberation War in the past three years," "the people's heroes who have sacrificed themselves in the People's Liberation War and the People's Revolution over the past thirty years," and "the people's heroes who have since sacrificed themselves in successive struggles to oppose internal and external enemies for national independence and the people's freedom and happiness" can they be worthy of the title of "fearless" heroes.

I admire the "fearless" benevolent men and women, and even more admire the iron-boned revolutionaries and communists who fought bravely for the birth of new China. They are the backbone of China and the backbone of the Chinese nation. Without their "fearlessness", we would not be happy today, and I sincerely wish them immortality and that they will live forever in our hearts.
