General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the meeting to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China: "Over the past hundred years, the Communist Party of China has united and led the Chinese people, and has written the most magnificent epic in the history of the Chinese nation for thousands of years with the fearless spirit of 'sacrificing more ambitions and daring to teach the sun and the moon for a new heaven'. ”

Fearlessness is the core of China's revolutionary spirit and runs through the course of our party's century-long struggle. Over the past one hundred years, an important reason why our party has flourished and endured hardships over the past hundred years, and has united and led the people to create an impressive miracle in the history of the development of the Chinese nation and the history of the progress of human society, is that the whole party has always maintained such a strong spirit of revolution and hard work.

There is faith in the heart and strength in the feet. Firm ideals and convictions are a powerful spiritual force for us to defeat all strong enemies, overcome all difficulties, and win all victories. Fundamentally speaking, the reason why our party has been able to maintain its bold spirit is that it has firm ideals and convictions. To strengthen ideals and convictions, we must strengthen our self-confidence in the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, theoretical self-confidence, institutional self-confidence, and cultural self-confidence; we should often examine our own ideals, beliefs, ideological words, and deeds in light of the party constitution, party regulations, and party discipline, constantly dust off the dust of ideology, and always maintain our political true colors.

Iron shoulders can carry heavy burdens, and as much as there is a burden, there is a lot of achievement. It is precisely by relying on the iron shoulder of the courage to take responsibility, shouldering the original intention and the mission at the other, and uniting and leading the people to overcome one seemingly insurmountable difficulty after another. In the new era, we still have many "snowy mountains" and "meadows" that need to be crossed, many "Loushan Pass" and "Lazikou" that need to be conquered, and party members and cadres who need to harden their iron shoulders, shoulder a thousand jun burdens, take the initiative to take the initiative, forge ahead in the face of the storm, and overcome all difficulties, dangers, obstacles, and risks and challenges on the road ahead with perseverance and selfless courage.

The greater the cause, the more challenging it is, and the more fearless it is.
