A few days ago, in the selection activity of the "demonstration and excellent cases" of the city's procuratorial organs carried out by the Municipal Procuratorate, two cases of our hospital were awarded the "Demonstration Excellent Cases" and "Typical Cases" of the city's procuratorial organs in 2021, which demonstrated the outstanding results achieved by the legal supervision work of our hospital, and actively led, promoted and encouraged the construction of our hospital's business case-handling work and procuratorial business.

A case of administrative inspection and supervision of a work injury determination decision between a Tianjin limited company and a district human resources and social security bureau in Tianjin
This case was an administrative lawsuit filed by a private enterprise dissatisfied with the decision of a district human resources and social security bureau to determine the work injury of zhang xx, an employee of the enterprise, and after the court of two instances ruled that it had lost the lawsuit, it applied to our court for administrative litigation supervision. In order to put into practice the people-centered judicial concept, promote the substantive resolution of administrative disputes, and truly realize the conclusion of the case, Zhang Yishan, secretary of the party group and chief procurator of the people's procuratorate, gave full play to his exemplary and leading role, took the lead in handling cases, presided over the first administrative procuratorial hearing for public hearings, and gave full play to the role of the "external brain", and invited 3 people's supervisors, including law professors and entrepreneurs, to serve as hearings. Through public review, cross-examination, debate and other links, in the end, private enterprises expressed their obedience to the court's judgment and withdrew their supervision applications on the spot, effectively resolving the disputes between enterprises and administrative organs and truly realizing the substantive resolution of administrative disputes. The convening of the hearing in this case is a successful attempt by our hospital to substantively resolve administrative disputes, effectively avoiding procedural idling, making a good start for the parties to reconcile and completely resolve the contradictions, achieving the purpose of promoting justice with openness, winning public trust with fairness, and concluding the case and the government and peace, and doing a solid job of administrative procuratorate, achieving a win-win situation and a win-win situation.
Typical cases
Wang Moumou's dangerous driving case
The court of first instance in this case acquitted Wang X on the grounds that the facts were unclear and the evidence was insufficient. After the district procuratorate raised a protest, after our hospital accepted it, the undertaker investigated and filled in the gaps, consolidated the evidence base of the case; highlighted the key points and reasonably constructed the evidence system; strictly checked, carefully prepared to appear in court, and the opinions made in support of the counter-appeal were adopted by the court of second instance. In the end, the court of second instance revoked the verdict of innocence in the first instance, changed the verdict to Wang Moumou for dangerous driving, sentenced him to three months of detention, and fined him 5,000 yuan. The success of the protest in this case not only demonstrated the rigidity of the procuratorial organs' legal supervision, but also more effectively safeguarded judicial fairness and judicial authority.
