Nowadays, there are more and more bottled waters of all kinds.
Not to mention the names of mineral water, mineral water, pure water, natural water, etc., make people scratch their heads.
When I saw bottled boiled water, baby water, and lithium water in the supermarket that day, it was a knife that pierced my ass and opened my eyes.

Water, you have changed, and you are no longer the simple you you were.

In order to avoid trouble and routines when everyone buys water later, we went to find experts to help us explain the problem of bottled water at once.
There are also super surprise Easter eggs at the end of the article, don't miss it.
A variety of names
Behind it is a marketing routine
This year, the bottled water industry is not doing well.
After all, in the decades of development, only a few familiar brands have made a name for themselves and firmly grasped the hearts of consumers.
In the case of weak market growth, if you want to grow, you must have innovation.
This is not, this side just came out of a suitable for infants and young children, followed by a suitable for the elderly, and even more suitable for Chinese!

Isn't it just a bottle of clear, shiny, transparent water? Is there such an evil thing?
Let's talk about them one by one.
Bottle of boiled water

This kind of "bottled boiled water" should be no less common, and it is generally full of supermarket containers.
Because it is known as "better absorption of cooked water, more in line with the stomach of Chinese", it has won the trust of many Chinese people, especially middle-aged and elderly people.
After all, our Chinese do have a bit of a "love to drink boiled water" gene in the body.
But don't you say, the water here is deep.
First of all, this "bottled boiled water" is no different from other bottled water sources, is easy to obtain, and does not require any minerals and trace elements.
If there is something special, it is the sterilization process. Most bottled water uses ozone sterilization, while "bottled boiled water" uses a "UHT uht sterilization process".
This process allows the water to rise rapidly to a high temperature and then rapidly cool to room temperature, thus playing a bactericidal effect.
But just for a few seconds, the heat was instantaneous, and the water cooled down before it could roll up. If it can't be boiled, how can it be called boiling water?
So this is still quite different from what we usually call "boiling water".
What's more, this is not a "new process".
The room temperature milk and juice we usually drink are made by this method, in order to reduce the damage to the nutrients in it through instantaneous ultra-high temperature.
And in drinking water... There is no fear of high temperature ingredients at all, which is really a bit unnecessary.
Secondly, there is no such thing as "boiled water is easy to absorb".
Because the size of the water molecule cluster is related to the temperature. Even if the water molecular mass after heating will be smaller, the molecular group will still change back after cooling.
Unless you drink it directly at boiling temperature...
Even if you drink "small molecular water" with supernatural powers, there is no evidence that this water is better absorbed.
Dumbfounded, proper IQ tax.
Baby water
Because infants and young children need minerals and their digestive systems are fragile, this baby water is characterized by "minerals, but not many".

However, at present, there is no standard for distinguishing infant water and adult water in China, and there is no unified identification index for infant water in the world, so whether this water is really more suitable for infants and young children to drink, there is no way to certify.
Some manufacturers have combined the indicators of many countries to "piece together" a standard for baby water, but in fact, this is not internationally recognized. Different countries can only be used as a reference.
Besides, the baby's intake of minerals mainly depends on the overall diet, and how much can be contributed by drinking water alone.
So, let's say those three words together: no need!
Weakly alkaline water
Weakly alkaline water generally refers to drinking water with a pH of 7 to 8.
Because pure water is neutral, and some natural sources of water contain some mineral components, it will appear weakly alkaline.
For this product, the slogan of the merchant is generally "the pH value is between 7 and 8, which is closer to the pH value of the body". But the argument of acid-base constitution has long been proven to be pseudoscience.
What's more, the pH of different tissue parts of the human body is different, and the human body itself has a strong acid-base balance mechanism.
So no matter what the pH is, drinking water is the same in the stomach.
Now, our country's latest "GB 19298-2014 Food Safety National Standards for Packaged Drinking Water" no longer requires pH, and the pH value in drinking water is mainly for the protection of water pipelines, not has an impact on human health.
Therefore, if you see the business's publicity about the acidity and alkalinity of drinking water, let us say these three words out loud again: no need!
Seeing this, I think everyone has questions again:
What is the difference between pure water and mineral water?
Which bottled water is recommended?
Is a water purifier worth buying?
