"Black Panther" star Michael Michael B. Jordan continues to act somewhat shy when asked if viewers will see his fans' favorite Marvel character Killmonger return to the battlefield. In an interview with MTV UK, the actor was asked if Erik Killmonger would make another appearance in the live-action MCU, which he has already appeared in the Disney+ series What If...? " made a comeback in the form of animation.

"I think it's a character and a world that I really enjoy, who knows? But we all know that Marvel has their plans and their things, and who knows how things will go.

Due to the onslaught of rumors, misinformation and outright lies surrounding the recent Marvel outing of Spider-Man: No Way, it's harder than ever for fans not to wonder why actors play such shy things when asked about potential roles and comebacks.

Erik "Killmonger" Stevens, a U.S. Navy SEALs dressed in black, during the Black Panther incident, he tried to overthrow his cousin T'Challa and assert his rule over Wakanda and had his own opinion on how to run the technologically advanced country. Eventually taking over as Black Panther, Kilmunger appears to have been killed by T'Challa at the end of the film. Well, with the addition of Michael S. Michael B. Jordan is clearly going back somewhere in the Marvel world, and can viewers see Erik Killmonger resurrected in some way?

This isn't even the first time Jordan has danced around the issue of a renaissance of killers. Back in May 2021, when asked if we would see the character in the upcoming Black Panther sequel, the actor replied; "I don't want to choose zero, you know what I mean?" It's like, you know, never say never, you know, I can't predict the future. So I mean, this is Panther 2. Of these two, I just think two would be like, two sound ok, I guess... All I know is that they're working on a script that, you know, reflects a lot of situations and tragedies that we've had to deal with over the past year.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will continue without the story of Chadwick Bosman's T'Challa

Black Panther: Black Panther Forever, a follow-up to 2018 Academy Award winner Black Panther: Forever Black Panther, will continue to explore Wakanda's unparalleled world, as well as all the rich and diverse characters featured in the first film. Written and directed by Ryan Coogler, the producer behind the first Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will star in several familiar faces in the first film, including Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett and Dominique Thorne.

The daunting task for the sequel is to continue the story in the absence of Chadwick Bosman, who tragically died in 2020 after battling cancer. This has led many to wonder which character will take over the mantle of Black Panther, and some believe that a variant of Killmonger may be the right choice.

Black Panther: Forever Wakanda is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 11, 2022, as part of the fourth phase of the MCU.
